We are Matt and Leslie Keener, wedding photographers based out of Charlotte NC and Charleston SC.

Matt is a tech guy. Leslie is a fashion major; both creative in completely different ways. We were both born and raised in the great state of North Carolina and our proud to be born and bred Southerners. In addition to being newlyweds, we are sweet tea lovers, professional Starbucks-goers, and wannabe foodies and parents to a Shih-Tzu we call Gizmo. And who the heck is Elizabeth Scott? Well, no one actually. Its our middle names put together into something that sounded a little more eloquent than Matt and Leslie :) Currently, we work out of Charlotte NC and Charleston SC. That said, we are available for travel anywhere sweet tea is served. :)

Why wedding photography? Well, Leslie loves all things weddings. In fact, she had most of her wedding planned out before she even met Matt. For her it's all about the style and the emotion of the day. Capturing those little in-between moments when no one knows she's clicking, and capturing the details that our brides have put months into planning and crafting. Matt, on the other hand, loves photography from a technical standpoint. He gets excited about off camera lighting, and his favorite part of the day is when the sun goes down.
